I had an excellent experience with this shop from start to finish. They did an outstanding job repairing my transmission, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. My vehicle runs great, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. What really stood out was the customer service. The representative Eric was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable with every step.

I had the absolute best experience with Eric at the New Hyde Park AAMCO! As a family member of someone who needed major work done on their truck, I was so grateful for how incredibly polite, sympathetic, and patient Eric was with me. He always made himself available, took the time to clearly explain everything, and showed genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Since then, he has provided wonderful continued support with ongoing maintenance and transmission service. I highly recommend this team for their amazing care!

What stood out to me wasn’t the mistake itself, but how he handled it sure as a human and as a man, he displayed being upset, but . Eric remained calm, professional, and focused on resolving the issue. He didn’t react emotionally or escalate anything—he simply stayed committed to doing his job the right way. That level of professionalism is rare. The price wasn’t cheap, but quality work rarely is. In situations like this, trying to go the cheaper route often leads to more problems later. What mattered most to me was knowing the job was done properly and having confidence in the people doing it. Even after the repair, they continued to provide support with maintenance and transmission service. They didn’t disappear after the

I had a great experience with Eric and his entire team. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. What stood out most was how comfortable Eric made me feel asking questions. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with respect throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find a shop that combines excellent workmanship with outstanding customer service, but Eric and his team do exactly that
